Snyk monitoring systems alerted at approximately 13.30 UTC and advised Snyk Code reachability scans in our EU and AU environments were failing. The Snyk incident response process was invoked.
Technical investigations commenced and the root cause was quickly established. Impact was in turn successfully mitigated at 14.40 UTC. Following a period of monitoring to confirm stability the incident was then confirmed resolved at 15.40 UTC.
