How long: For up to 2 hours
What: We need to conduct some critical database maintenance, during which time Snyk will be unavailable for most customers (those on app.snyk.io). Customers in our AU and EU regions, or in their own Private Cloud instances are unaffected.
About: The context to this is a long running low level incident that’s been impacting the stability of Snyk over the last month. We’ve been doing a lot of optimization of the database to help mitigate the issue over the last month and working closely with our cloud provider. We now have a root cause which requires a restart of the database in question. The restarting of this database requires Snyk to be unavailable during this time.
We understand that our services are important to our customers’ business operations. We appreciate your continued understanding and partnership as we work to resolve this issue.
