Investigating

Service to the Snyk support portal (support.snyk.io) is currently degraded.
Customers will not be able to log in to the support portal, view or create cases, use the community discussion, or search knowledge articles.
Customers can create a case by sending an email to support@snyk.io; however, Snyk Support is currently unable to reply to cases.
The service is supported by a third-party vendor, and we are diligently working with them to resolve the issue and restore service.
We will provide an update on this page once the issue is resolved or if there is a material development.
